Zyra Lamp — Manufacturing Project, Massey University

A 35-person collaborative manufacturing project focused on the design and production of 38 dimmable LED lamps.

My contribution:
Coordinated cross-team communication and created project management tools (Gantt charts).
Identified workflow issues and restructured roles to meet the early deadline.
Supported the electrical team with soldering, wiring, and assembly of lighting components.
Contributed to sanding, drilling, and finishing timber parts.
Encouraged group communication and accountability through check-ins and weekly progress updates.
