Zyra Lamp — Manufacturing Project, Massey University

A 35-person collaborative manufacturing project focused on the design and production of 38 dimmable LED lamps.

My contribution:
- Coordinated cross-team communication and created project management tools (Gantt charts).
- Identified workflow issues and restructured roles to meet the early deadline.
- Supported the electrical team with soldering, wiring, and assembly of lighting components.
- Contributed to sanding, drilling, and finishing timber parts.
- Encouraged group communication and accountability through check-ins and weekly progress updates.
